The Associated Press has the story of how they tracked back the anthrax DNA to the lab of Bruce Ivins at Fort Detrick. His attorney is stlll claiming that he was innocent, but his case "underscores a little-known security gap in the nation's biological warfare laboratory system: Many of the estimated 14,000 scientists working with these dangerous substances are not screened for lingering psychological problems".
Rico says great, he can't drive because of the problems with his head, but crazy people can work with bioweapons at government expense...
