The Senate voted 51 to 45 on Wednesday afternoon to ban waterboarding and other harsh interrogation methods used by the Central Intelligence Agency against high-level terrorism suspects. John McCain voted against the bill, while Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama abstained (thus preserving their 'oh, no, not me' position for the campaign).
Rico doesn't like torture. Rico thinks waterboarding is torture. Rico doesn't think they should waterboard those poor dumb bastards at Guantanamo. Rico does think, however, that they should deal with them like you would any nasty vermin: put 'em in a sack, weight it with some scrap metal or a concrete block, and drop it in a deep spot in the ocean...
