...and don't understand what they're studying are worse than nothing.
Seems, according to US News and World Report, that "more than 61 percent of historians say the current presidency is the worst in American history."

Really? The worst? Worse than Buchanan? Worse than Zach Taylor? (Actally, the article said "it's too soon to judge the current one", which is probably true.)

Rico says he agrees with their list, and can't imagine Bush anywhere near all these exemplars of mediocrity...
