Seems I need a watch winder.
Now, I always knew, if you bought one of them fancy self-winding watches, you needed a watch winder to keep the thing cranked up.
But, I thought, that's for when I can afford the $21,000 Audemars Piguet 'Royal Oak' watch that I've coveted for over 40 years... (I had good taste as a child; blame my mother.) Instead, I bought a relatively inexpensive, though extremely cool, watch a few years back. It's a self-winder, too.
According to my horologist (what? you don't have one? they're all the rage), I don't move my wrist enough (no jokes now; I don't wear a watch when I'm doing that) to wind the watch.
So, I need a watch winder.
There are some cheap ones out there, fortunately, so I can even get one, maybe... (The one in the photo is $90. I'll probably be getting the cheap plastic one for $40, unfortunately.)
