Samurai movie review for the day

Rico says that, based on a recommendation by his friend Kelley, who also likes that sort of thing, he watched 13 Assassins, in which a group of assassins come together for a suicide mission to kill an evil lord. Gritty and rainy (it is Japan, after all), with far more blood (all CGI, of course) than usual in these things, and a lot of serious bow, sword, and spear work, it's worth seeing, if you like that sort of thing. (Okay, okay, it's not Kurosawa, but then, what is?)
