Rico says he's still bewildered that smokers (and he's amazed that there still are so many of them, the idiots) have such an intimate relationship with their cigarettes, right up to the moment when they finish one, then they have to fling the thing as far from them as possible (preferably onto the sidewalk where Rico has to see them)...
