I have a cousin in Rhode Island who runs a marine training school. He often moonlights rescuing boaters in Narragansett Bay. He spent Sunday on the water catching boats that got loose from their moorings during Hurricane Irene. They bring them to a safe harbor and then collect a salvage fee from the insurance company. It is not work for the faint of heart.
