Jeffrey Toobin, mimicking Hillary Clinton's famous charge against the enemies of her husband, called his book about the Clinton sex scandal A Vast Conspiracy. What, then, shall we call this decades-long scandal of the propaganda photos and images perpetrated by Reuters?
