Weird behavior

Philly.com has an article about a really strange guy:
A Bucks County man who admitted leaving what appeared to be a statue of a woman in a burka holding an assault rifle at a South Jersey gas station will not be charged, police said.
Burlington City police said the figure was determined to be "found property" and that the 37-year-old Langhorne, Pennsylvania, man who left it in bushes at the Gulf station on Route 130 "has no connection to the business and no intentions to negatively affect the operations" there.
Police discovered the object early Saturday, after a resident saw a video of it posted on social media.
After police publicized the strange find, the Langhorne man arrived at the police station and told them he had it left it there. "He left it there for an acquaintance," Sergeant John Fine told the Burlington County Times. "Obviously, it was the wrong spot."
The origins of the figure and how an assault rifle was spray painted onto it remain a mystery.
Rico says he got off easy...
