Rico says that the ladyfriend is partial to waking up to NPR, so the other morning he got an earful of commentary on the current political situation. Seems that today's politicians, in an attempt to 'reach out' to their constituents (who are much younger, now that Rico is older), are using all the 'social media' tools: Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace.
Now that's all well and good but, as a good curmudgeon, Rico refuses to loiter on any of those URLs, and he's never sent a 'tweet'. Doubtless, if he were younger, he would, but don't look for him there any time soon...
