Rico has decided that he's going to win Wednesday's lottery. (You may all laugh now.) The likelihood is low, he knows, but there are signs... (That eleven eleven thing.) The annuity is up to 173 million (notice the eleven if you add 'em up), which should do nicely. And if he doesn't? Well, that's happened before, too. So he'll be out another five bucks...(And if he should happen to win? Lunch on Rico. In Paris. He'll let you know when and where. You'll have to get yourself there and back, but you can at least eat one good meal while you're there...)
