A man shorter than his gorgeous wife has gotta have serious balls, and Nicholas Sarkozy's got 'em. They're headed off to England to see the Queen (where Mrs. Sarkozy, Carla to her admirers, will perform une révérence, as required by diplomatic rules; Sarkozy gets to just bow).Sarkozy is expected to make a gesture by sending an extra thousand or so French troops to the NATO operation in Afghanistan.
If they're Legionnaires, Rico is all in favor of it; regular French troops, not so much...
