Seems some wacko Canucks spend their time (and public money; nice trick) suing other Canadians for 'defamation'.
Richard Warman, a former investigator for the Canadian Human Rights Commission, is the arch-victim, filing about half of all complaints with the commission under their 'idea crimes' provision, section 13.
