Seems there's a guy in custody in Champaign, Illinois, charged with "unlawful re-entry of a removed alien". That, in fed-speak, means we threw him back (not once, but twice) before, and he snuck back in again.
This time he could serve ten years in a federal prison before we deport him again.
Rico says his 'first mile, no law' proposal would solve this....
