Wrong, just a little bit

Rico says that when he paid his eye surgeon, Doctor Carrasco, a well-deserved compliment by quoting Burt Lancaster about Claudia Cardinale (of whom the doc is a look-alike; see photo, below) in The Professionals, he did have the right actress, but the wrong actor in the wrong movie...
It was Jason Robards as Cheyenne in Once Upon A Time In The West who said it of her, though the wording was right: You can't imagine how happy it makes a man just to see a woman like you.
