That would be, of course, sugar, not cocaine.
While they are both plant-derived fine, white, crystalline powders, one is highly illegal and a lot more expensive... (Sugar is about $0.378 per pound and can be bought in stores on most street corners; cocaine is $60 to $80 per gram and can be bought from dealers on street corners in any major city, usually after dark.)
So, as much as Rico hates having to cut down (though probably not eliminate, alas) on sugar, at least it's easier than cutting down on cocaine...
