Death by beer

Rico says his friend Tex (who knows better) sends along one about a guy who doesn't seem to want to live much longer:

A man sitting at home on the porch with his wife says: "I love you."
She asks: "Is that you or the beer talking?"
He replies: "It's me, talking to the beer."
