Yet another acronym agency

Rico says the NSA morphed into the NSA/CSS, which includes the Central Security Service, which apparently was created back in 1972 (who knew?) to "to promote full partnership between NSA and the Service Cryptologic Elements of the U.S. Armed Forces". In an only-in-government phrase, "the Director of NSA is dual-hatted as the Chief of CSS".
