Instant billionaire

The BBC says Zimbabwe has issued a 500 million dollar (Z$) note, worth about two bucks US. Given that this is hard on the heels of their Z$250,000,000 note only ten days ago, can a billion dollar note be far behind? Even that, assuming the exchange rate doesn't worsen in the next few days, would only set you back four bucks or so, and what's that to become a billionaire? ("Zimbabwe's annual inflation rate is 165,000% and one economist said prices now double every week." At independence in 1980, one Zimbabwe dollar was worth more than US$1.)
