Seems a big Iraqi business these days is making blast walls to carve up the fractious neighborhoods of the cities.
Rico says we need to 'borrow' one of these factories and set it up in Arizona. There's about a thousand miles of border to wall off. Then, of course, we paint a white line a mile inland from the wall (using GPS, that'd be simple) and drop leaflets announcing Rico's one-mile-no-law zone along the southern side of the wall. Then set up the ammunition stores every twenty miles and make a bundle. (And pay-per-view television cameras every mile or so, thus balancing the budget...)
