Heard it here first

Okay, I guess it's time to set out the Rico Plan to Save the Polar Bears. According to an al-Reuters on-line report: "Two-thirds of the world's polar bears could be gone by 2050 if predictions about melting sea ice hold true, the report said. The ice is melting at least in part because of human-caused climate change, scientists have said."
Rico says we cannot allow two-thirds of the world's polar bears to die off because of whatever is happening in the Arctic. That's not good stewardship of the planet. So, we have to come up with the money (my hundred bucks is on the table) to trap and move all the threatened polar bears from the now-doomed Arctic to the burgeoning ice of the Antarctic. The seals at the South Pole will be pissed, but too bad; they've had it too easy thus far.
