Over on Michelle Maklin's blog (see the sidebar for the link), she has a story about three young men arrested in Fairview, New Jersey on suspicion of rape.
While everyone is innocent until proven guilty, being found lying on top of a naked unconscious woman is what is known in law enforcement circles as pretty close to 'probable cause'...
But what really galls me is the reporting in the mainstream media about the arrest, where these guys, all from Guatemala apparently, are referred to as "undocumented residents" and "undocumented immigrants".
Really? Undocumented?
As in, 'somehow magically got here without going through those niggling procedures of getting official permission and the paperwork to prove it'?
...snort... That makes me an "undocumented millionaire", I guess, if wanting something makes it so.
