When a young detective Paul Nerteaux (played by Jocelyn Quivrin) finds the third slashed female corpse of illegal Turkish immigrants, he asks for support from an experienced-but-retired detective, Jean-Louis Schiffer (played by Jean Reno), to chase what appears to be a serial killer. Together, they infiltrate the Turkish mafia trying to find the answer to the crimes. Meanwhile, the worker Anna Heymes (played by Arly Jover), being subjected to a brain treatment, is having severe headaches and glimpses of memories and visions. When these two parallel events collide, it turns out the Turkish terrorist organization The Grey Wolves is behind them.
