Ballmer’s gone, too

Time has an article about rats off a sinking ship:
The CEO of Microsoft is stepping down after a somewhat turbulent thirteen-year run plagued by investor criticism. Microsoft stock rose seven percent following news of his exit.
Are investors right, or does Steve Ballmer just get a bad rap? Let’s take a look at some of his finer moments that have been captured on video:
