Apple for the day

Avtalat (who is based in Lahore in the Punjab in Pakistan, and is a stringer for Allvoices, thus requiring Rico to correct his English) has an AllVoices article about Apple's mapping problems (again):
Apple has been refused by the Norwegian government for aerial photography of its buildings, hotels and restaurants to create 3D images in the capital of Oslo (photo, above), as reported by national channel.
Officials reported that they are having some sort of security issues regarding government buildings. Furthermore, it also has been announced by the officials that to take aerial photos required a license from government authorities. However, satellite maps are still using by some brands, which are not yet banned. For instance, Nokia has 3D images of Oslo, but only for a few buildings.
Almost two years ago, Anders Breivik planted a bomb in government buildings and, since then, Norway has tightened its security level. "There has been a major debate in Norway about security since the shootings, including how secure government offices should be," Henning Carr Ekroll reported to the BBC.
Norway’s government have not yet taken any step for the satellite images of the capital, but one needs to get permission for high definition pictures of the city.
Norwegian organizations, for example route site Gule Sider, has formerly been permitted to take airborne pictures, yet there are gaps in the substance accessible on the site, Carr-Ekroll said. He further added that: "If you search for Oslo, you won't get details in fastidious areas. But they did take photos from airplanes."
No comment has been given from Apple’s spokesperson so far on this issue.
Rico says he always loves the 'quaint' English written by wogs...
