On 8 December 1941, the United States entered World War Two, as Congress declared war against Japan one day after the attack on Pearl Harbor.
Rico says we never did get around to formally declaring war on bin Laden and his boys, but we're killing them anyway... (No sense of history, that's their problem; if they remembered what we did to the Japs, they might've thought twice about 9.11...)
