Rico says the usual caveats and disclaimers apply, if you choose to believe any of this bullshit:

Subsequent to meeting with Nigerian and British government representative regarding the payment of your long-awaited fund and we had an agreement that the remittance of your fund should be carried out through the medium of Debit Card (ATM Card) and should cost you nothing other than Ninety U.S Dollars ($90.00), for the delivery of your ATM card by FedEx Courier Company.
However, you are to read the below notice/instructions carefully, as this notice stand as caution for your own advantage.
Your ATM card contain $10, 000, 000.00 [TEN MILLION U.S. DOLLARS], which has been activated into the ATM card, your payment (ATM card) will be sent to you via FedEx because we have signed contract with them which should expire by November 24, 2011.
For your confirmation below are few list(s) of tracking number you can track through FedEx website to confirm beneficiaries like you who have received their payment (ATM Card) successfully through the medium FedEx:
