More movies by Rico's friends

Rico's friend Esha made this:
This is another film project I recently worked on. Each team was to choose a Philadelphia landmark and do a "commercial" or video. I picked the Charles L. Blockson Afro American collection at Temple University. I got a great team that was very enthusiastic. This is what we created in a little less than two weeks, with a time limit of 4 minutes, for a science class that focuses on cyber-technology and digital computing science. My teammates were from different majors and backgrounds, some artistic, some not. We also learned a lot about converting formats and all kinds of neat technical stuff that most folks probably don't care about, but inportant to digital film-making none the less.
I hope you will find it engaging and informative. By the way, the Langston Hughes poem greets every visitor who comes to the collection, so I decided to use it for our intro. Although each segment was done by a team member, I directed the project and edited it to the Academy Award-winning quality you see...
