Detroit, it seems, is no more immune to braindead behavior than the larger Eastern cities. Some moron started firing around 1.15 in the morning outside a banquet hall (the American Serbian Memorial Hall, to be precise) in that fair city. A fifteen-year-old died at the scene and a seventeen-year-old was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police, of course, are continuing to search for a suspect...
Rico says the old parental admonishments, about being out late with the wrong crowd, obviously didn't take with these kids, either...
