The Brits are losing it

Seems the British are now experiencing a major crime wave with knives: 200 to 250 stabbing murders a year. (The equivalent of a bad year in New York City, probably.) Their solution? Develop less-lethal knives. (That would be knives with edges but no points, like the kids couldn't figure out how to slice, not stab.)

Rico says the people of the British Isles have gone right over the edge in their desperate drive to keep people from being hurt by others. A losing proposition at best. (Rico carries a pocket knife every day; it has other uses than self-defense, but that, too...)
