The South African double-amputee who wanted to run for his country in the Olympics won't be, it seems. Oscar Pistorius didn't make the qualifying time at 400 meters, and thus didn't make the squad for the 4x400 meter relay. He will still compete in the Paralypics and try to make it to the London Olympics in 2012.
Rico says he wishes Pistorius luck, and guesses this removes the whole 'unfair advantage' argument over the use of prosthetics...
