The Apple site says "to get the free update, just sync your iPhone with your Mac or PC". Did that. Even burned down the iPhone and started fresh. Same old 1.1.4 software, no 2.0 version. If I didn't love Apple so much, this would really piss me off... (Correction. It has really pissed me off, but I love them anyway.)
