While Rico would love to do a photo overlay test to see if there are Vince Foster characteristics in her face, there's no doubt that Chelsea Clinton is her mother's child. She's stepped up to 'pimp' for her mother (even though that phrase got an MSNBC correspondent in trouble), and has improved Hillary's vote-gathering power wherever she's campaigned.
