Seems the Swiss, not heretofore known as an auto-producing country, have developed a truly submersible car. To make it more interesting, it's a convertible. (That would have been Rico's first thought when designing a submarine: leave the top off...) Apparently it actually works, and will 'make a splash' at the Geneva Auto Show in March.
The specs are impressive: 77 mph on land, and 1.8 mph underwater, with a 3 mph 'boat' speed on the surface.
Named the sQuba, it's supposedly resistant to salt water.
Rico says he'll let someone else drive this first. He doesn't like submarines, especially ones that cost a half million dollars...
