Ancient history

Seems there was an old JFK:Obama connection; who knew?

Barack Obama's father came to the US from Kenya in 1959 on a student visa, using airfare raised by people like Jackie Robinson. The next year's students had airfare problems again, this time solved by a contribution from the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation, thanks to then-senator John F. Kennedy. (Nixon apparently tried to use this 'scandal' in his campaign against Kennedy, but it didn't work.)
In the current campaign, Caroline Kennedy has endorsed Obama, not her female counterpart.

Rico says it's a good thing; the Kennedys are backing the more Kennedy-like candidate...
