Kiribati has been called the conscience of the climate conference in Paris. The island in the Pacific is one of a number of countries most affected by rising sea levels. President Anote Tong (photo) told the BBC's environment correspondent Matt McGrath that any possible deal was already too late for his country. He said they were planning "migration with dignity".
