You may recall me exctedly talking about the Titanic documentary and the refraction layers of warm (or cold) air over cold (or warm) water creating mirages at sea. This was taken at Capetown, South Africa. Warm air is coming down from above Table Mountain and hitting the frigid waters coming up from Antartica.
