The first time, they sold him a USB-C charger (using some mysterious new cable he's never seen), so he had to go back and exchange that. Fortunately, the right one was thirty bucks cheaper... (And they look so different, don't they?)
Then they sold him a clever 3M screen protector for his iPhone (it has new can't-read-it-from-other-than-straight-on technology, which is very cool), but it's for an iPhone Plus, so it's just a little too big... (Rico attempted a little surgery to make it fit, rather than schlepping back to the Apple Store. Given that that failed, however, he'll now have to take it back and make them exchange it.)
