Rico says he'd swear he reviewed the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon before, if only for where he punned on the title, calling it Crouching Stuntman, Hidden Wire, but, if he did, he can't find it...
The movie is beautiful (meaning China is beautiful, though they had to go a long way out to find places with no people), but you have to set aside your disbelief that swordsmen (and women) can really fly (and they did a hell of a job taking out the wires, especially in the bamboo forest).
It starred Chow Yun Fat, in his usual laconic role as Master Li Mu Bai, along with Michelle Yeoh as Yu Shu Lien.
