Rico says that the damned Johnny Carson archive still won't put up the infamous (and personally seen by Rico, which is how he knows) show where a very drunk Lee Marvin doesn't respond to any of the lead-ins offered by Carson, and finally (disgustedly) says: Johnny, who the fuck cares? (This, of course, was prior to time-delay technology, so it went out live; they, of course, went to a commercial and, when they came back, Marvin was gone, replaced by the next guest.)
Another little-remembered Marvin movie, The Big Red One by Samuel Fuller, had a great recurring scene with a guy on a white horse in the mist; it was recently reused in The Last Stand.
