11. Roughly a hundred miles from the Wisconsin border, Zion, Illinois, sits on Lake Michigan, north of Chicago. The average price for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Zion is $107,276.
10. Utica, New York is approximately fifty miles east of Syracuse. The average price for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Utica is $107,211.
9. A suburb of Buffalo, New York, Cheektowaga sits just ten miles northeast of that snowy city. The average price for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Cheektowaga is $101,475.
8. Augusta, Georgia is 145 miles to the east of Atlanta. The average price for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Augusta is $98,233.

Rico says that only Lake Wales might be of interest; the others are all way too cold (that's why they're cheap) or way too focused on golf (which Rico doesn't play, on the advice of his golfing cousin). But why Robersonville, North Carolina (where Rico's mother lives, again) isn't on the list is amazing; housing is cheap there...
