The Florida site TCPalm has a scoop on a thief caught putting a chainsaw in his pants in the city of Port St. Lucie. The accused chainsaw crook came into Treasure Coast Lawn Equipment on Southwest Bayshore Boulevard and reportedly asked for a dollar's worth of change, according to a police report. He picked up a Stihl chainsaw valued at more than six hundred dollars and left, riding away on a bicycle.
Both the man and the chainsaw were later found by police. His pants are allegedly being represented by well-known attorney Alan Dershowitz.
