Bayannia Mount has been found, police said in an update. The ten-year-old was located unharmed, according to investigators.
Police were looking for her after she was reported missing early Saturday from her home in the Strawberry Mansion section of North Philadelphia. She was last seen around 4 pm on Friday, playing outside her home on the 2900 block of French Street in North Philadelphia, police said.
Mount’s aunt began looking for the child when the sun went down, but could not find her, according to investigators. She contacted police, who took a missing persons report around 2 am.
Anyone with information on the girl’s whereabouts was asked to contact the Philadelphia police Central Detective Division at 215-686-3093, or to call 911.
