Rico says he and his friend Kelley made a jaunt into Rhode Island to get some of the twelve-year-old (since the eighteen is way too pricey), had much of the bottle, and think it's great. Surprisingly, it is available in the usually=benighted state of Pennsylvania, so Rico will have to con someone into taking him into Philadelphia to get some....
