Mo, Mo, Mozy goodbye

Rico says this is the guy from Mozy.com, and the reason he looks cranky is that, like Rico, he got sold a bill of goods about their on-line backup service. Oh, they backed it up, alright, but they not only recently increased their price by 500%, they provided Rico (after his Mac crashed) with a hard disk full of folders-within-folders and zero kb versions of some of his files... (To say that Rico is pissed is an understatement.)
