It's a good idea

Rico says the NRA-ILA site has the news:
Senate Bill 273, the Castle Doctrine law, has been reintroduced by state Senator Richard Alloway. Both the state House and Senate overwhelming passed this important self-defense legislation in 2010, though it was vetoed by Governor Ed Rendell before he left office.
SB 273 would permit law-abiding citizens to use force, including deadly force, against an attacker in their home and any place outside of their home where they have a legal right to be. If enacted, this law would also protect individuals from civil lawsuits by the attacker or the attacker's family when force is used.
Rendell did some stupid things, and vetoing this was one of them. But Rico says he won't wait for permission, let alone this law, to use deadly force against anyone who comes in the house uninvited... (Hey, punk, you've been warned.)
