Rico says he first saw it in Wired, but there turns out to be a website that lists the religions of some 23,626 comic book characters (and who knew there were that many comic book characters, or that they had designated religions), including:
Superman (Methodist, since he came to Earth), Batman (Episcopalian), SpiderMan (Protestant), Captain America (Protestant; no surprise there), The Thing (Jewish; that was a surprise), Lois Lane (Catholic), the Green Lantern (Jewish Catholic, whatever that is), Iceman (another Jewish Catholic), and Perry White (Baptist)
