Truly magnificent
Rico says that he stayed up as late as he could (hey, he's got sleep issues, okay?) last night, watching The Magnificent Seven. He didn't get to see it all, alas, but saw the good bits in the beginning, when the Seven get picked. That includes the splendid "Let 'er buck" scene with Chris (Yul Brynner) and Vin (Steve McQueen) on the stagecoach:
Also the scene where James Coburn (as Britt) engages in the knife vs pistol duel. (Okay, okay, it ain't Seven Samurai, but even Akira Kurosawa liked it...)
