Cranky about Crank

Rico says he was sure it was going to be good; after all, Crank stars Jason Statham, and co-stars Dwight Yoakam, David Carradine (amazingly), and a host of others (mostly unknowns), including Amy Smart as the obligatory innocent blonde.
But it wasn't, alas: over-the-top implausible action, ridiculous drug use, and not nearly enough sex (except for the hilarious-if-ridiculous public-sex scene).
Apparently there's an even-more implausible sequel, Crank: High Voltage, in which Statham somehow survives the fall from the helicopter at the end of Crank and does it all (even more improbably) again...
