Sounds like a lawsuit in the making

Michelle Malkin has a post on her blog about Parker Griffith, previously a Democrat from Alabama, who's going to switch parties and magically become a Republican. Now, Rico says he's a little unclear on the legalities involved, much less the ethics, but if he was a voter in Mr. Griffith's district he'd be asking someone for a ruling on whether a new election might be necessary, or at least a recount of votes...
